This men’s Edox manual wind watch still has the case back paper sticker in place, so is likely completely unworn. Model reference 26901.
HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
it is difficult to date Edox watches with total accuracy, as little information is available. However the movement used in this watch was not launched until 1976, so this watch can not be older than 1976 (but it may be newer).
CONDITION
Maybe this watch was never sold as the case has some marks on the right hand side, as well as the bottom. We will never know the reason why a Swiss watch was not worn, but if it had have been the natural sweat from a wrist would have destroyed the caseback sticker very quickly. Inside the steel case is a Edox branded Standard 69N movement, which has 17 jewels, beats at 21,600 and a 3/4 bridge assembly. It is wound via the Edox signed crown, and the buckle is branded too. The two tone blue dial is nice, and the silver hands easy to read against it. The extra taper strap is new. The watch is signed on the dial, case, movement, crown, and buckle.
This watch will be supplied with our branded presentation box and our Certificate of Authenticity.

From 1st September 2021 we will be planting a tree for every watch we sell, working with the International Tree Foundation (Est 1922) to make this business positive on carbon. By buying anything pre owned you are effectively reusing what already exists, but this takes it further and makes us feel good.
