HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
From the serial number on the case back we can accurately date this watch to being made in 2010. The bi metal version is no longer available new, but a slightly larger 24mm all steel De Ville Prestige can be bought from Omega still for £2,900
CONDITION
Sometimes watches are hard to research, and sometimes the manufacturer makes it easy with all the details still on their website. So we know with certainty that the bezel and everything you see that is gold coloured metal is 18k yellow gold. The website also confirms the crystal is highly scratch resistant sapphire crystal. Condition is excellent, with just a few tiny marks to show it has been worn before. The movement is Omega’s calibre 1456, a set and forget quartz movement that should last over two years between battery changes. We will install a brand new battery before sending the watch out to the new owner. The bracelet is quite long and our sister website, SpareLinks.com, may have extra links if required. The bracelet has been cleaned in our ultrasonic bath. The watch is signed on the dial, case, movement, crown and clasp.
This watch will be supplied with our branded and reusable zipped travel case and cleaning cloth, and our Certificate of Authenticity.
This watch has been checked against the Watch Register and has not been reported as lost, stolen or implicated in fraud, and a copy of that certificate will also be included.
