HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
From the serial number hallmark on the case back movement we can accurately date this watch to being made sold assayed engraved in 19.
CONDITION
This is a well made watch in very good condition, which is cheap enough not to worry if it did get scratched, you won’t worry about being mugged for the watch, and you can enjoy it all the time. This CQ (CQ stands for Citizen Quartz, if you hadn’t figured it out) has a stainless steel case and bracelet, with a signed clasp. The most distinguishing feature is the brown lined dial – the lines are an also 3D effect rather than hard edged, and the condition is good. The hands have a little corrosion and the date wheel is slightly faded. The movement is working perfectly, include the quick set day and date operated via the screw down crown. The day can be set to either English or Kanji. We will install a brand new battery before sending the watch out to the new owner. The bracelet is quite long and our sister website, SpareLinks.com, may have extra links if required. The bracelet has been cleaned in our ultrasonic bath.
