If the watch is listed on the website and able to be put in the basket, it is in stock. But we only have one of each watch available. If a watch is marked reserved then it is not available, we are usually waiting for a part exchange to arrive.

We can ship to most places, except areas where DHL can not guarantee the safe arrival, such as war zones. We already have customers in over 70 countries.
Not usually, no. If you have seen a very similar watch from a dealer elsewhere then please send us the link and we will see if it is possible. Most of the time though discount is not available. We try to price each watch accurately, rather than offer discounts off higher starting prices.

Update 29th August
Both our shipping partners, DHL and Royal Mail, have now resumed deliveries to the USA. There is a change for Royal Mail though – they now have to collect the tax on behalf of the US Government, so we will have to invoice you a separate amount once the watch is ready to ship for duties.
All Swiss watches, even used watches and ones shipped from other countries, are now subject to a 39% import tax/tariff when sent to the US.
USA made watches – e.g. early Hamilton, Waltham and Elgin for example – Zero tariff
UK made watches – e.g. Smiths, some Timex, some Ingersoll – 10% Tariff
EU made watches – e.g. Glashutte, Yema, LIP, Nomos, Tutima – 15% Tariff
Japanese made watches – e.g. Seiko, Citizen, Ricoh – 15% Tariff
The tax is set by the US state department and is a tax that US consumers pay. We do not pay the tariff (remember, no taxation without representation…).
All is subject to change, but that is at the whim of one man.
