This manual wind Rotary has the box, papers and orignal strap and buckle still fitted.  It would be hard to find a better one.  Model reference 56.31.11.

HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?

From the supplied paperwork we can show that this watch was sold in January 1975.

CONDITION

This men’s Rotary dress watch is in very good condition, and will not have been worn much.  The movement is an AS1950, a 17 jewel manual wind calibre that was used by many brands.  The leather strap is the original and marked Rotary, Genuine Buffalo.   There are marks to the strap, so if you preferred a new strap we can fit one of those in the colour of your choice.  The 10 micron gold plating isn’t showing wear, even on the lug tips (the first place gold plated watches usually show wear).  The dial is clean, and the acrylic crystal has been polished to remove minor scratches.  The watch is signed on the dial, buckle and strap.

This watch will be supplied with our branded presentation box and our Certificate of Authenticity.

Please see the HD video for more detail.  All photos and videos are part of the description and are of the actual watch unless mentioned.  We do not photoshop any pictures, and the images are copyright of birthyearwatches.com and should not be used without permission.

From 1st September 2021 we will be planting a tree for every watch we sell, working with the International Tree Foundation (Est 1922) to make this business positive on carbon.  By buying anything pre owned you are effectively reusing what already exists, but this takes it further and makes us feel good.
