HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
We haven’t the original sales paperwork for this watch, but we have found two very similar watches with model number L4.220.2 with paperwork. One was sold in 2002, and the other in 2004
CONDITION
If you are looking for a simple ladies watch, with calendar and from good brand then you could do far worse than this Longines. Apart from some marks on the case back from battery changes, the watch does not look have any considerable marks at all. With the cheapest new Longines ladies watch costing £750, this one has to represent great value for money. The movement is branded a Longines 250.2, but is really an ETA movement so spares if needed in future should be easily found. It is all working perfectly, and we will install a brand new battery before sending the watch out to the new owner. The brown leather strap is branded Longines, and appears new.
