This rare Neuvex is in wonderful condition, featuring a world time bezel and day date complication, and nice big lume plots.
HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
The short lived firm of Neuvex was registered in 1975, the same year that the ESA 9158 electronic movement was launched, so we know this watch can not be older than 1975.
CONDITION
The watch is in great condition. The transistorised movement with balance wheel is horologically interesting, and unlike some other electronic movements this one ticks rather than hums. The world time bezel turns smoothly in both directions, the large lume plots against the blue dial still have a small amount of lume left. There is a small area of discolouring on the dial near the top left of the day window if you look closely. The case, with its matt and polished finishes, shows very little signs of its 40+ years. Fitted with a shark effect leather strap.
