This Omega Speedmaster Broad Arrow manages to have many functions, yet still be legible. Model reference 3581.50.00
HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
From the supplied international warranty card, which matches the serial number on the case lug, we can accurately date this watch to being sold in March 2008.
The full tech specs for this watch are still on the Omega website here, but in short you have a chronometer rated chronograph, with GMT hand and date, that was also rated as 100M water resistant when new. That means seven hands on the dial, yet it is still easy to read thanks to the broad arrow hands and the GMT hand being clearly marked in red. Inside the watch working all these complications is an Omega 3603 movement, which has George Daniels Co-Axial escapement. This thirty seven jewel automatic movement is visible through the case back. We have the original credit card style papers for this watch but not the box. These are available on sites like eBay if you wanted one. The case is not polished so does show small marks of wear, as does the bracelet, but nothing bad. This model Speedmaster is one of the highest specification Speedmaster’s ever produced.
This watch will be supplied with our branded presentation box, credit card style papers and their holder and our Certificate of Authenticity.
Please see the HD video for more detail. All photos and videos are part of the description and are of the actual watch unless mentioned. We do not photoshop any pictures, and the images are copyright of birthyearwatches.com and should not be used without permission.
