This Raymond Weil Tema has the mother of pearl dial, twelve diamonds on the bezel and box and papers. Model reference 5886.
HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
From the supplied paperwork we can accurately date this watch to being sold in May 1999.
CONDITION
Clearly this Swiss watch is high specification, with the mother of pearl dial having six diamonds either side of it. Mother of pearl dials can be difficult to photograph, so please do look at the video to see how the light bounces on the natural material. The Tema model is quite dainty, but this watch has a long bracelet and spare links too to should fit most wrists. This is important with any watch that does not have conventional lugs. We never machine polish watches here, so light marks will be present as you should expect from a watch that has been worn, but no damage such as dinks is noticeable. The sapphire crystal is also scratch and chip free. The movement is a Swiss 4 jewel quartz, with just two hands to power, and it is working well. We will install a brand new battery before sending the watch out to the new owner. The bracelet has been cleaned in our ultrasonic bath. The design is similar to the circa 2000 Dunhill Facet we also have at time of press, so this style was clearly popular.
This watch will be supplied with the original inner and outer presentation boxes, papers, two spare bracelet links and our Certificate of Authenticity.
