CONDITION
The way this watch is put together gave us a pleasant surprise. Nothing on the spec’ sheet seems low end, and it is certainly higher than many more established brands. And the condition is superb – it is really difficult to fault the watch. The leather effect case is a little worn, but nice to have with the papers. The bracelet has an unusual ladder type construction and has a butterfly clasp, with slight scratches on the clasp logo. The gold plating looks to be perfect. One other feature that we haven’t seen before but is a great design touch is the ‘top hat’ design of the crown, which helps fingers grip the crown when pulling it out. The 7 jewel ETA quartz movement is working perfectly and features a quick set date at 6. The first thing we did after buying this watch is started searching for others!
