This unisex Seiko Presage has a classic look and integrated bi metal bracelet. Model reference 9539-6000.
HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
From the serial number on the case back movement we can accurately date this watch to being made in April 1996.
CONDITION
In 2016 Seiko revived the Presage sub brand, focusing exclusively on mechanical watches, but here we have one from an earlier time with their quartz movement. The new watches start from around £900, so here is a chance to pick up one for much less. The dial is very clean, with dark blue or black infill on the hour markers for 9, 12 and 3, and a date window oat six to help with the symmetry of the design. The word Presage is proudly displayed on the gold plated bezel, which does have some minor marks. The P for Presage is also on the bracelet clasp. The movement still has its protective cover in place, so often misplaced on a battery change. We will install a brand new battery before sending the watch out to the new owner. The bracelet is quite short and our sister website, SpareLinks.com, does not have any extra links currently, so please check your wrist size prior to ordering. The watch is signed on the dial, case, movement and clasp.
This watch will be supplied with our branded and reusable zipped travel case and cleaning cloth, and our Certificate of Authenticity.
