This 1977 Excaliber watch could be unworn! The condition is excellent, and having the original box and papers is a real bonus.
HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
From the original supplied paperwork we can accurately date this watch to being sold in November 1977.
CONDITION
Almost like new. The enlarged photos show some slight tarnishing to the case sides that will polish off easily, and there is one light scratch on the case near 7. The manual wind movement is working well, but we will oil this before sending it out to ensure it continues to work well (New old stock (NOS) watches can suffer from not being used, so re-oiling is a sensible precaution). The expanding bracelet has no dirt in it, which is further evidence of this watch not being worn as this type of bracelet can be a magnet for grime! We can fit a leather strap if you would prefer. You will not find better.
SIZE
37.4mm wide including the crown, 10.3mm thick. Takes a 19mm strap. The bracelet will fit a maximum wrist size of approximately 200mm.
