HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
From the original receipt we can accurately date this watch to being sold on 11th December 1976.
CONDITION
This watch looks to have been saved for best. The solid gold case has no dinks, and the Speidel gold plated expanding bracelet has little or no wear to the bark finish. Inside the back is the 0.375 stamp to indicate 9k gold, along with import hallmarks. The watch winds nicely and keeps good time, and even the original box seems to have stood up well to the ravages of time. Very nice to have the receipt too after 40 years. If you prefer a leather strap to the expanding bracelet then we can swap that for you.
SIZE
Approximately 18.8 mm wide including the unsigned crown, 7.2 mm thick. Takes an 8 mm strap. The bracelet will fit a maximum wrist size of approximately 150 mm.
