This solid gold gents 1974 Omega Geneve has the in house 1012 automatic movement with quick set date.
HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
From the serial number on the original movement we can accurately date the movement to being made in 1972. However as the london hallmark is for 1974, the two parts will not have come together until this date.
CONDITION
The watch is in very good overall condition, with little sign of wear and tear. The case, in solid 9k gold, is straight and true. The dial is very clean (we have taken one photo without the crystal and bezel to show this). The movement is removed via the front on this model, which stops a lot of people tampering with them – you need the right tools and experience to remove the movement. The crystal is signed Omega in the centre. The strap is new, and can be switched for a different colour or style if required. The crown is also signed.
This watch will be supplied with our Certificate of Authenticity.
