Freshly serviced, this Omega De Ville feels quite a big, yet slim, TV case design.  Model reference 151.0051.

HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?

From the serial number on the movement we can accurately date this watch to being made in 1972.

CONDITION

TV dialed watches are proving quite popular currently, possibly because the wear and look different to things you may already have in your collection.  This is a two hander automatic, featuring the just serviced Omega calibre 711.  This copper coloured movement has 24 jewels, and was adjusted to two positions when new.  The case is unpolished and just has light marks, and the crystal is the Omega original (although fitted incorrectly – the logo is upside down!).  The stepped dial is clean, and the thin black hands are easy to read.  The leather strap is new, and could be swapped for a different colour or material if preferred.  The watch is signed on the dial, case, movement, crown and crystal.

This watch will be supplied with our branded presentation box and our Certificate of Authenticity.

Please see the HD video for more detail.  All photos and videos are part of the description and are of the actual watch unless mentioned.  We do not photoshop any pictures, and the images are copyright of birthyearwatches.com and should not be used without permission.
