It is very rare to have paperwork surviving with the watch for over 60 years, but this ladies Lanco has just that.

HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?

From the supplied paperwork we can accurately date this watch to being sold in November 1952.

CONDITION

This was never a high end watch.  The case is only chrome plated, and the plating does show a lot of wear.  The 15 jewel movement is a Swiss lever though (not a pin pallet), and it is working well.  The dial has patina evenly spread across it, but also has applied markers rather than printed.  The reason this watch is desirable though is that paperwork that ties the history of the watch.  Originally the watch would have also had a cardboard box for storage but that has gone missing over the years.  The strap is new, and the acrylic crystal has also been replaced, so this ladies Lanco Swiss watch is ready to wear and enjoy.

This watch will be supplied with our branded presentation box, original guarantee papers and our Certificate of Authenticity.
