This ladies Raymond Weil Tango is the full stainless steel model, so still looks contemporary today. Model reference 5360
HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
Raymond Weil watches are not easy to accurately date. However, we have a 1999 book showing the 5360 model and the ones we can find for sale with sales papers all seem to be from 1999-2002. We have selected 2000 as an approximate year of manufacture.
CONDITION
The current model of the Tango range would be the 5960, which has much of the same styling but in a slightly bigger case. However that watch is £850, so there is a considerable saving by choosing the vintage watch here.
The quality is quite good on the Tango range, better than some might expect. You have sapphire crystal, which is showing no scratches or chips. The large bracelet is solid links, not folded, and the removable links are taken out via screws not pins. We have cleaned the bracelet in our ultrasonic bath. Inside is the ETA 956.112 quartz movement you will find in many quality ladies watches, and we will fit a new battery before the watch is sent out.
This watch will be supplied with our branded presentation box and our Certificate of Authenticity.
