HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
This is quite scarce for a Tissot, and information is also quite limited.
UPDATE – A kind customer has informed us that he bought one new in 2008, and has a 2007 Tissot catalogue featuring this model, so we have amending the listing here to circa 2007.
CONDITION
For a 1990’s Tissot this may seem a lot of money, but given that Breitling would charge more than this to service one of their Aerospace models these Tissot versions have been snapped up and sadly stripped for parts for Breitling models. We would not want this to happen to this watch, as it is too good. The Titanium case and bracelet makes the watch very light – at 62 grams it is only 2/3rds of the weight of a similar steel watch. Inside in a seven jewel ETA 988.333 movement. All functions are operated via the crown – digital time, day, date, GMT time zone, chronograph and alarm functions – and they are all working correctly. The bracelet has been cleaned in our ultrasonic bath. We will install a brand new battery before sending the watch out to the new owner and set it up to their timezone – thankfully the instructions can be found on Breitling’s website here.
