A new and unworn Rado Hyperchrome automatic with all box and papers at less than half price.  Model reference 01.609.0025.3.111

HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?

This watch was bought new by us in December 2019.

CONDITION

The watch has only been worn for photography, so it is perfect.  The list price is £1,575, so this example represents fantastic value for money.  Rado are the pioneers of using ceramic for the cases and bracelets, and in 2012 they developed the Hyperchrome range, a highly scratch resistant monobloc ceramic case that is also lighter than steel.  Inside this case is an ETA 2895-2 movement with quickset date and sub seconds, and we love the way the sub second dial is shown off on the dial with the gold separating ring defining the sub seconds dial.  The crown has what appears to be a protective rubber cover still in place, and the QR code sticker is still on the case back too.  The deployant clasp is titanium.  The crystals are sapphire too.  Yes, Rado watches would be cheaper if they used cheaper components, but they wouldn’t be Rado then.

This watch will be supplied with the original presentation box, unstamped papers, polishing cloth and our Certificate of Authenticity.

Please see the HD video for more detail.  All photos and videos are part of the description and are of the actual watch unless mentioned.  We do not photoshop any pictures, and the images are copyright of birthyearwatches.com and should not be used without permission.
