Unusual but attractive case

HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?

We can date this to December 1972 from the serial number on the watch back.

CONDITION

​This wears it age well.  There are some marks on places like the minute marker internal insert, but the important green dial is good and the watch is working wonderfully.  Very interesting case that wears really well on the wrist (the recessed crown at 4 really helps this case design), and the watch is on a new strap
