HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?

We can date this to 1961 from the engraving on the watch back.

CONDITION

​Very good, and a good size for a vintage watch too.  The dial is mainly mark free save for the very centre which has light scoring marks.  We have polished the armoured crystal to remove 95% of any marks.  The date can be changed by turning the crown between 8 and 12 – not quite quick set but better than nothing.  we will fit a new black leather strap to replace the one in the photos.

37.5mm wide including the crown, 11.9mm thick. Takes an 18mm strap.
