A clean example of a good stainless steel ladies Omega wristwatch.  Model reference CK 2510

HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?

From the serial number on the movement we can accurately date this watch to being made in 1960.

CONDITION

This is an example of just what good value ladies vintage watches are.  £200 on the high street will get you a fashion watch with a quartz movement, which is essentially designed to be disposable.  You would need at least £1,830 to buy a new ladies Omega, but for nearly a tenth of the price you can own a vintage Omega with a manual winding movement.

This 2510 model first started out in 1949, according to Omega’s own website .  Powered by the calibre 244 movement, which has 17 jewels and shock protection, it is all running nicely.  The case is all stainless steel, and has drilled lugs to make strap changing easier.  The tan leather strap is new, and can be swapped for a different colour if preferred.  The gold tone buckle is to match the hands and hour markers on the dial, and the applied Ω Omega logo.  The dial is very clean, and the crown is signed too.

This watch will be supplied with our branded presentation box and our Certificate of Authenticity.
