HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
From the serial number on the case back we can accurately date this watch to being made in September 2009. We also have the original sales receipt for October 2009.
CONDITION
This model (E310-S045282) has a calendar that, when set up correctly, accounts for the date change at the end of any month so the date will always be accurate. The complex nature of this function is perfectly matched to the Eco Drive mechanism, that draws its energy from light so never needs a battery. The previous owner kept the watch in the box on the windowsill to keep it fully charged. That is why the box is faded. The receipt and instructions are present, but this video is also an easier source to set the calendar. We have already set the watch up, but if you wanted to play then at least you can set it back up again! The stainless steel case has just light surface marks, the original thick leather strap has some light wear and the original butterfly clasp is still fitted.
This watch will be supplied with the original box, papers, hangtag, CD Rom, receipt and Certificate of Authenticity.
