All our watches are guaranteed, and can be returned for any reason under the 2014 Consumer Contracts Regulations act provided we are notified within 14 days and the item returned within 28 days from date of sale.
The return address may be different to the one on the parcel, dependent on why the watch is being returned and when. For example, in some situations we may nominate a watchmaker to receive the watch to carry out a repair. For the correct address please contact the owner of this site at scott@birthyearwatches.com. Thankfully returns are rare, so you are guaranteed personal attention.
Don’t forget to include any extras, such as box, paperwork, certificate, spare links etc. Please reuse the original packing materials wherever possible to ensure it arrives safely. Should the watch be damaged on the return journey we can not be held responsible for this. Always use a signed for postal service. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer, but if the watch is found to be faulty then birthyearwatches.com may decide to refund these charges too at their discretion.
