HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
This type of Startimer was first introduced in 2017. This exact model was only available to pre order for Lufthansa customers, and they have now sold out. So we are estimating 2018 was approximately the product or sale date of this watch.
CONDITION
There is nothing bad to report on this watch at all. Even the original NATO strap, with the Alpina triangle on the buckle, looks barely worn, and the sticker is still on the case back. The design is very balanced, with no date window and the lug spacing measuring exactly half the case size. Both the dial and and hands all have lume, and there is just a hint of red on the dial and tail end of the seconds hand. We will fit a new battery before sending the watch out, so it will be ready to wear.
