HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?

We do not have the original papers for this watch, but from our research we believe this model was introduced in 2014.

CONDITION

The simple instructions for this watch can be found on the Frederique Constant website here.  This is not the later Worldtimer, which uses a mechanical movement are are several thousand pounds.  This is a the simpler (and easier to read) earlier model that is powered by a quartz movement.  Hence the retail price was $1,050 and not the current models £3,550 retail price that Frederique Constant would now ask.  Some of their watches are as much as £27,995 now, but they will not be the volume sellers.

This example has some signs of wear but not damage.  The thin case helps disguise the width of the watch, making it wear quite comfortably.  There are some marks on the case, as it is unpolished, but no dings or deep scratches.  The sapphire crystal is unmarked, revealing a perfect dial.  Not having a seconds hand makes telling the time very easy, even with the GMT/24Hr hand on the dial.  Both crowns are signed, as is the buckle and strap.  A new battery will be fitted before this is sent out to you.

This watch will be supplied with our branded presentation box and our Certificate of Authenticity.

Please see the HD video for more detail.  All photos and videos are part of the description and are of the actual watch unless mentioned.  We do not photoshop any pictures, and the images are copyright of birthyearwatches.com and should not be used without permission.
