HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
We don’t have the papers for this watch, and there is no serial number database available for Raymond Weil watches to our knowledge. But we have seen two other 9540 models with papers, one sold and one available for sale at time of press, both with papers for 2009.
CONDITION
The Parsifal range was first launched in 1991, and is still available today. They were the first Raymond Weil watches to use solid 18k gold rather than plating, and that can be found on both the bezel and the the link sections on the top half of the watch. This example also uses mother of pearl for the dial, which is both clean and crack free. Powered by an ETA quartz movement with quick set date, the watch is all functioning correctly. We will install a brand new battery before sending the watch out to the new owner. The crown has a cabochon polished stone that is chip free. The bracelet is quite long and our sister website, SpareLinks.com, may have extra links if required. The bracelet has been cleaned in our ultrasonic bath, and unlike some Parsifal watches this could also been worn on a leather strap.
