A well put together Paul Picot limited edition Marrakech automatic watch, still on the original leather strap.

HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?

The exact date will remain a mystery here, but we have found references to the Paul Picot Marrakech chronograph in annuals from 2001, 2002 and 2003.  The price for the Chrono was an eye watering $5,700!

CONDITION

Paul Picot make only around 4,000 watches each year, so exclusivity is guaranteed.  But this Marrakech goes further, being a limited edition.  The Arabic numerals and hands are reminiscent of the Omega Dynamic of the late nineties, but the case is more akin to the Oris Big Crown.   The leather strap is the original, showing how little the watch must have been worn, and it still has the signed buckle.  The movement is signed Paul Picot, but is a ETA 2892A2 automatic with hacking, meaning future servicing costs will be reasonable.  It, like the rest of the watch, is nicely finished.  The case has sapphire crystal covering a very clean dial, and has coin edge patterning to the bezel, flanks and screwed down case back.  There is some slight damage to the left hand side pattern, and the hands slightly tarnished, otherwise it is hard to fault the condition.

This watch will be supplied with our branded presentation box and our Certificate of Authenticity.
