HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
While we don’t have an image of this variation of the Link model in the TAG Heuer catalogue, the WT1210 is listed in the 2001 price list, at €1,100.
CONDITION
The Link series was launched in 1999 as a replacement to the S/EL range. There were multiple options, including dial, movement, chronograph and case size, so finding the right one just for you on the pre owned market can be a challenge. One this first series the bracelet links that give the watch its name are split, so are one S and one Z. This adds a slight flex to the bracelet making it very comfortable. The matte finish on the bracelet does show some small marks, but this is preferable to the over polished shiny bracelets that you sometimes see. The bracelet has been cleaned in our ultrasonic bath. The dial is very clean, as are the hands, and the sapphire crystal is scratch and chip free. The unidirectional bezel is clicking nicely, and the crown screws down correctly. We will install a brand new battery before sending the watch out to the new owner.
This watch will be supplied with our a TAG Heuer service box and our Certificate of Authenticity.
