- This high quality ladies Daniel Perret digital or jump hour watch is New Old Stock (NOS), never sold nor worn.
HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
From looking at various sources of watch catalogues of the period, these direct read watches seem to have been most popular between 1972 and 1978. We can not find a good source for this particular model, but circa 1976 will be about right.
CONDITION
The watch is in as new condition, with no marks or damage. We currently have a few direct read or jump hour watches, but this is the highest quality. The movement, Otero 262 manual wind movement has 17 jewels and runs at a higher beat rate than most (21,600). On most direct read watches the hour disc turns gradually, but on this the disc snaps crisply and nicely on the hour. This means the hour disc is always central on the window, making it easier to read at a glance. Even the strap is nicer than the others we have in stock.
This watch will be supplied with a presentation box and our Certificate of Authenticity.
