HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
The movement use din this watch was first launched in 1955, but this one has a design upgrade that featured a little later, We suspect this watch was available circa 1963, but can not narrow it down further. If you have nay information about when this was available new then please do contact us.
CONDITION
Bucherer are now famously owned by Rolex, but they have a long history of watchmaking themselves – as well as selling the top brands too. This fun watch ring could be worn by anyone, maybe to tell a second time zone while travelling, or maybe just as a fashion statement. You have a tiny, manual wind ETA movement inside which is operated via the signed crown. Yes it is small, but the dial cleverly uses white hands to provide excellent contrast for the size. The dial on this ring watch is also turned 90 degrees, so the crown shouldn’t touch any other finger. The chromed case has some pitting , but the ring shank is designed to fit most fingers. The watch is signed on the dial, case, crown and box.
