HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
We bought this watch new in December 2019. It has been worn on very few occasions.
CONDITION
The watch is like new, and the video was taken as we unwrapped the watch.
It is more unusual to see square dialed watches, with the notable exception of the Tag Heuer Monaco. Square watches take up more wrist space than round ones, so this watches 34mm width feels more like 39mm on the wrist. Hodinkee did an article on the maths on this here. The bracelet has had a couple of links removed for photography, but they are included in the box and can be refitted for you if required. The dial on this is quite nice, with the large numerals that are quite stepped and with decent lume. The glass is sapphire crystal. The crown is signed with the DS initials. This DS Trust shows that a Swiss watch in a stainless steel case with sapphire glass can still be had for very reasonable money.
This watch will be supplied with the original presentation box, uncompleted papers and our Certificate of Authenticity.
