The now discontinued Seiko SARB range are now fought after by collectors. These modern classics are the SARB033 which has the black dial, and the SARB035 with the cream dial.
HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
From the serial number on the case back we can accurately date this watch to being made in March 2017.
CONDITION
It is not clear why Seiko discontinued the SARB range. We have never seen a bad review, and prices are rising now stock is limited. The SARB035 is often called a baby Grand Seiko, and given the Grand Seiko is nine or ten times the price this is high praise indeed. And justified. The watch this reminds us the most of is actually the Rolex Datejust. It just works well, quietly doing everything superbly. There is a great review on this website that sums things up perfectly.
This SARB035 has no issues or damage, other than the lightest of wear marks. We have taken some photos on a brown leather strap that is not included in the sale, but it does show the versatility of this watch. The bracelet has been cleaned in our ultrasonic bath, but does have light scuff marks.
This watch will be supplied with the original presentation box, blank papers and our Certificate of Authenticity.
Please see the HD video for more detail. All photos and videos are part of the description and are of the actual watch unless mentioned. We do not photoshop any pictures, and the images are copyright of birthyearwatches.com and should not be used without permission.
