HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
From the supplied paperwork, which matches the serial number of the watch, we can show that this watch was sold in August 2016.
CONDITION
The Conquest line goes back to 1954, so you have plenty of different options if you decide to add one to your collection. Like the rival Omega Seamaster, these were the waterproof watches of their brands range and were competing with each other up until Longines and Omega both came under the Swatch brand ownership. This watch has a set and forget quartz movement, with quick set date, so is very easy to grab and go. We will install a brand new battery before sending the watch out to the new owner. Condition of the case, bracelet and sapphire glass is very good for a pre owned watch too, with just a few dents on the bezel. The bracelet is quite long and our sister website, SpareLinks.com, may have extra links if required. The dial is unusual for a watch like this too, as it has no lume. The bracelet has been cleaned in our ultrasonic bath. The watch is signed on the dial, case, movement, crown and clasp.
