This popular Seiko SARB033 has now been discontinued, which caused a rush by watch fans across the world to try and get one while they could. We understand why.
HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
From the serial number on the case back we can accurately date this watch to being made in September 2015, but the dated paperwork is for July 2016.
CONDITION
The SARB line of watches were intended for the domestic (Japanese) market only. This one came via Singapore to the UK. People went out of their way to get these, as they just do everything so well. You can were this watch with every outfit, regardless of the occasion. The size is great, the movement has hand winding as well as auto (something that the cheaper Seiko models do not have), and the power reserve is quoted at 50 hours. The bracelet is full length, with eight removable links if needed. The end links are solid. The clasp has a small scratch on it, and the bezel of the watch does has a light scuff at about 33 too. Other than that the watch is flawless. We have taken some photos with the original stainless steel strap that it will come with, and others pictures with some different strap combinations to show the versatility of this piece.
