This Frederique Constant triple calendar watch is large, but thanks to the thin case comfortable on the wrist.  Model reference FC265X3C24/6.

From the supplied paperwork we can accurately date this watch to being sold in 2010.

This is a large watch with many complications, and as we have said before, a Swiss quartz movement is the best way to power the watch in order to keep the calendar correct even when the watch is worn in rotation with others.  You have quick set pushers to alter the day, date and month but have to wind the hands around to alter the moonphase (a proper 29 1/2 day moonphase, not a 24 hour indicator).  We will fit a new battery before the watch is sent out and set up the functions for your timezone, but the instruction book is provided too.

The box is correct, but a little damaged on the front corner as shown in the photographs.  The leather strap is an unusual width at 26mm, but there are choices out there for straps and we chose the blue one here to help show off the watch.  Black leather would tone down the watch.

Everything is working as expected.  The case shows signs of wear but is without dents and dings, so if you wanted to polish the watch you could.  The crystal is very good.  Frederique Constant recently launched a limited edition mechanical perpetual calendar, with Tourbillon, but at £27,995 we will have to pass.  Still, that is quite a timepiece to make and you can read more on that here.

This watch will be supplied with the original presentation box, papers and our Certificate of Authenticity.
