HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
From the supplied paperwork which carries the correct model number we can accurately date this watch to being sold in August 1999.
CONDITION
This watch is in fantastic condition. When it arrived with us the glass was scratched, but now we have replaced that the watch is difficult to fault. The ETA movement, which would have been found in many other watches at the time (everything from Zenith, Rotary, Tag Heuer and many others), and is working perfectly. The case and bracelet are gold plated, and this shows no wear – even the clasp has very few marks, and this is a high wear part. This bracelet is not integrated, and can be removed for cleaning or if you wanted to swap up the look and fit a leather strap for a change. The case is very slim, very different to modern watches today. It would be hard to find a watch in better condition, and if we are being really picky the cushion in the box is a undersized so may be a replacement. A new battery will be fitted before this is sent out.
