This 1997 Ladies Seiko watch, model number 7N83-0081, has a classic design of stainless steel case and bracelet with gold plated highlights.
HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
From the serial number on the case back we can accurately date this watch to being made in November 1997.
CONDITION
The clean white dial shines through the scratch free glass, which we believe has been replaced recently as it is a fraction of a millimetre too thin – it is sunken below the bezel edge, which you only notice when running a finger across the watch face. we have cleaned the case and bracelet in our ultrasonic bath and the gold plating highlights on the bracelet are especially good in comparison to most. The crown has lost most of its gold plating, but still functions perfectly including the quick set day and date. We have fitted a new battery too.
