HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
From the serial number on the case back we can accurately date this watch to being made in October 1996. This model did not feature in the 1996 catalogue, but did in the 1997 so this watch must have been an early one.
CONDITION
The most important feature on these watches is the screens – have they bled, or are they clear. On this example they are crisp and clear. The unidirectional bezel turns well and clicks nicely. The dial is clean, and the lume still bright. This is a complex watch, and to understand all features then please look at this 19 page instruction booklet. We can not test all the functions of the watch relating to the depth sensor, as we are not divers. The alarm and stopwatch functions are working. The solid stainless steel bracelet is a good length, but some of the gold plating has worn off on the links. We have cleaned the bracelet in our ultrasonic bath. Model C506-E80419 TA
