HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
From the supplied warranty card we can accurately date this watch to being sold in January 1995.
CONDITION
Dress watches should typically be thin, good quality and only have two hands so this gold Longines Presence ticks every box. Inside that very thin case is a Longines branded ETA 256.031 5 jewel quartz movement, which is all working perfectly and we will install a new battery prior to this being sent out. The leather strap is new, and could be swapped for a different colour should you wish to dress the watch down. There are no significant marks to report on either the case, glass or dial – this is as good as they get. The Presence range is still available from Longines new. The cheapest version has a retail price of £540 (ladies, steel 30 mm case) or you could pay £1,900 for an 18k gold version. (33.5 mm case, quartz movement)
