This 1994 Seiko, model number 7N83-0049, has a serrated bezel similar to the Rolex Datejust, but this is quartz watch.
HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
From the serial number on the case back we can accurately date this watch to being made in January 1994.
CONDITION
The watch has been worn so will have a few light marks, most noticeable are fine lines on the glass. but these are only seen in certain lights or angles. The light bounces off the bezel nicely. The movement features quick set for both day and date, and the date wheel in common with most Seiko watches has the weekends in blue for Saturday and red for Sunday. The day wheel can be in either English or French. There is slight wear to the plating on the lug tips that shows in the enlarged photos far more than in real life.
