HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
From the supplied paperwork, which matches the reference number of the watch, we can show that this watch was sold in November 1994. The sticker on the case back shows it was quality checked in December 1993, so you can say it was made in 1993 and sold in 1994.
CONDITION
New Old Stock (NOS) watches do not happen every day. Back in 1994 this wouldn’t have been a cheap purchase, so for it to remain unworn for such a time is highly unusual. We can say it is unused, as the case back sticker is perfect, and the condition of the watch is not far behind that at all. The white gloss dial has applied markers, and the ETA movement has quick set date too. We will install a brand new battery before sending the watch out to the new owner. The bracelet is quite long and the original extra links are included in the box too.
This watch will be supplied with the original presentation box, papers, spare bracelet links and our Certificate of Authenticity.
