HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
From the serial number on the case back we can accurately date this watch to being made in July 1990. Most unusually, the box has a sellers code we recognised the format of, and we have found the original advert for this watch in their 1990 catalogue! RRP was £99.99, but they offered the watch at £69.99.
CONDITION
The only way we know this watch has not just been pulled from a shelf yesterday is that the bracelet has been sized to fit someone’s wrist. We have the spare links for the bracelet, but not the joining keys that Seiko used so we can’t fit them (we are searching for some keys). The rest of the watch looks like new, and is impossible to fault. We will install a brand new battery before sending the watch out to the new owner.
This watch will be supplied with the original presentation box and our Certificate of Authenticity.
