This men’s Raymond Weil, model number 9808, has an 18k plated gold case and the black dial is set with a diamond at 12 and sub seconds at 6.
From the original receipt and the original guarantee card for this watch we know that this watch was sold in September 1989.
CONDITION
The watch is very typically styled for the late eighties. Quite small and slim when compared to modern watches, the jet black dial is set with a diamond and has gold hands against a jet black face. The dial, hands and case are in in very good condition, with the only real negative being a small scratch on the glass near two (shown in the photos). The strap is lightly used, and retains the original buckle. Inside this watch is a fifteen jewel ETA 980.163 quartz movement.
