The quartz ladies Pulsar watch, model number V247-0080, has a PVD coating to the case and the bracelet and is completely unworn and like new.
HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
From the serial number on the case back we can accurately date this watch to being made in February 1986.
CONDITION
The watch must have been sitting in a drawer or jewellery box all of its life. There are just light marks on the case back and glass, but no other marks whatsoever. The PVD coating is unmarked, including on the clasp that is usually the first place to show any wear. The styling is very 1980s, yet looks contemporary today. The Seiko quartz movement has a fresh battery, quick set date and the lume on the dial and hands is still effective.
