This Solvil et Titus watch has a quartz movement and is very typical of the time – slim, no second hand, subtle. Complete with all papers and the box.
HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
From the quality control sticker in the paperwork we can accurately date this watch to being made in August 1985.
CONDITION
The watch is all in good order. The name Feuille d’Or translates from the french as Golden Leaf, and only on the very corners can you see the golden leaf (or plating) just wearing through. The watch has been fitted with a quality lizard pattern leather strap and still has its original crown with the logo embossed upon it. The box does have some wear on the back and hinges, and the glass has some light scratches, but the dial is very clean and everything is working as it should.
