CONDITION

When you think of Omega Seamaster watches you naturally think of chunky divers watches, with massive depth ratings.  But in 1984 these were not selling – people wanted slim quartz watches that didn’t stand out and that is why this Brest model was introduced.   Inside the gold plated case is an Omega 1430 movement, with six jewels and one of the last in house Omega quartz movements designed.  It is all working well and has the quick set date operated via the crown, whereas the earlier Omega quartz movements often had a separate button in the case.  The back of the case shows some chipping to the gold plate.  The golden dial has a textured pattern and is quite clean.  The glass is perfect.  The leather strap is new, and could be swapped for a different colour if preferred.  We have transferred the original signed buckle, but this does show wear.  We will install a brand new battery before sending the watch out to the new owner.

This watch will be supplied with our branded presentation box and our Certificate of Authenticity.
