The quartz Seiko 7A38-7030 is known as the Pogue, as it resembles the model that flew in space. But this movement was an innovation on its own.

CONDITION
The history behind this watch, and the nickname Pogue, can be found in this excellent write up of the whole 7A28 series, including the models used by James Bond in A Veiw to a Kill.
This example has not been messed around with. The Pepsi bezel has a very few fine scratches, but no dinks. The original bracelet is a good length and has been cleaned in our ultrasonic bath. All the pusher work well, and are not sticky as some examples get. Everything sets to zero perfectly. The case has some wear, and the central chrono hand tip is slightly bent when viewed closely, but these just point towards originality. A new glass has been installed, and a new battery will be fitted before delivery.
