HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?

From the supplied paperwork we know this watch was sold in January 1980, and the London hall mark shows the watch was assayed in 1979.

CONDITION

This gold ladies Rotary watch has no signs on the watch that it has been worn.  It is very difficult to fault to the condition of the case, dial or glass.  The manual wind movement is an AS1977-2, which is a seventeen jewel calibre running at 21,600 beats per hour.  The case is stamped SD, the correct stamp for Rotary watches, and the watch was supplied from H. Samuel with their store watch box.  everything is working as it should do.  The gold bracelet has a ladder type end section to allow for easy adjustment, and a folding security clasp to keep everything safe.

This watch will be supplied with the original presentation box, papers and our Certificate of Authenticity.

Please see the HD video for more detail.  All photos and videos are part of the description and are of the actual watch unless mentioned.  We do not photoshop any pictures, and the images are copyright of birthyearwatches.com and should not be used without permission.
