Another Seiko SQ that is ether an ideal starter vintage watch, or something every collector can easily add to their collection. Model reference 7546-6100.
HOW DO WE DATE THIS WATCH?
From the serial number on the case back we can accurately date this watch to being made in December 1978.
CONDITION
The Seiko SQ ranges like this watch are among the easiest vintage watches to live with. The movement is powered by a battery, so it ready to grab and go. They are reliable, and if you need to change the date both day and date can be quick set. You can even set the day of the week to either French or English. We will install a brand new battery before sending the watch out to the new owner. The bracelet is unusual in being full length – it has not been shortened in its entire life so should fit even very large wrists. The black dial is nice, and the white on black calendar wheels suit the watch design perfectly. There is a ding in the bezel between three and four, but it is not immediately obvious. The case likewise has a few marks, as does the bracelet, but this watch has been worn so will show signs of being worn. There is a small chip to the inside of the glass near two.
